American economist Lyndon LaRouche focussed on a key strategic problem in a webcast on March 13, that of the British influence on a government faction in Russia. "Russia, China, and India, have a vital common interest […] with the United States, with nations in continental Europe, and others, in devising a new system of cooperation, to get the world economy out of this crisis, largely a nuclear-power drive, transportation-driven, infrastructure program." This is the famous "Four powers strategy" launched by LaRouche to put through a reform of the current global financial system. Such an alliance is possible, and such an economic recovery "can be done, it can be financed, and it can work, and it can end this depression."
However, a strategic impediment to this alliance, besides the obvious problem of President Obama, is the influence of what LaRouche called "a pack of traitors" inside the Russian system. Their power goes back to the 90s, when the Russian economy was systemically decimated. The design for that "was already built up in Britain, under British supervision, by Russians..., people like Chubais, Gorbachov and so forth, who effectively were traitors to the Soviet Union, and implicitly traitors to their own country, today, who destroyed the Russian economy, after the collapse of the Soviet Union, and did it systemically, for political reasons!"
"If you want to find the offices of the people who run the Russian economy, in terms of this financial operation, they all are located outside Russia, in British territory!" This group is part of the British project called BRIC which hopes, by controlling the insane carry-trade in Brazil, to manipulate countries like Russia into financial pipe dreams.
